How It Works | UK Delivery

A simple, secure way to send your Star’s inclusions and receive your finished jewellery anywhere in the UK.

1. Choose your jewellery

Personalise your jewellery and select Free Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout.

2. Send your inclusions

Package your inclusion yourself or choose our free collection kit to be sent, then return your inclusions via your local Post Office using your preferred tracked service.

3. I create your jewellery

Once received, I’ll securely store your inclusions and confirm their arrival by email, before carefully handcrafting your jewellery within the quoted timeframe.

4. Receive your jewellery

When your jewellery is ready, it’ll be beautifully packaged and sent to you by Special Delivery, with tracking details emailed to you.

Important Information

  • Your free inclusion collection kit, if selected when ordering, will normally arrive within 2–3 working days.
  • Instructions for sending your inclusions will be included with your free collection kit or emailed to you if you choose to send them yourself.
  • To help keep your Star’s inclusions safe on their journey to me, I recommend using a tracked postage service. Many customers choose Royal Mail Special Delivery, but the choice is yours.
