For customers local to Kirkcaldy, my free personal collection and delivery service makes parting with your Star’s precious inclusions a little easier, giving you peace of mind knowing they remain safely in my care throughout their journey.

Choose your jewellery and select the Local Kirkcaldy Collection & Delivery option at checkout.

Prepare your inclusions

Your inclusion kit arrives within 2–3 working days. Fill it carefully and contact me when ready. No return postage is required.

Choose your service

Choose a convenient home collection (within Kirkcaldy only), or an agreed meeting at my chosen local Kirkcaldy venue, just off the A92. Full details will be emailed to you after your order is placed.

Your jewellery is created

Once I receive your inclusions, your jewellery is personally handcrafted within the timeframe quoted with your order.

Receive your finished jewellery

I will arrange a convenient home delivery within Kirkcaldy, or a meeting at the same Kirkcaldy venue, where I can personally hand over your finished jewellery.

Home service – Kirkcaldy Residents Only

Collection

Doorstep collection can be arranged at a convenient time during working hours 9am - 5pm on either a Monday or Friday. I’ll pop by to collect your completed inclusion kit from your doorstep, keeping the process simple and convenient. Due to my insurance requirements, I’m unable to enter your home or assist with filling your inclusion kit.

Delivery

When your jewellery is ready, I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient Monday or Friday delivery during working hours 9am - 5pm, and personally deliver your finished jewellery to your doorstep.

Venue Service – Kirkcaldy | For Fife Customers

Collection

We’ll arrange a convenient 30-minute appointment at my chosen Kirkcaldy venue, just off the A92, where I’ll personally collect your completed inclusion kit. Appointments are available Mondays and Fridays, 9am–5pm. Full venue details will be emailed after your order. The venue has plenty of parking and is disabled friendly.

Delivery

When your jewellery is ready, I’ll arrange a convenient time to meet you at the same local venue, where I’ll personally deliver your finished jewellery. Appointments are available Mondays and Fridays, 9am–5pm.

Important Home Information Summary

  • Kirkcaldy only: Available to customers within Kirkcaldy.

  • Monday & Friday: Appointments are available 9am–5pm on Mondays and Fridays. I’ll personally collect your completed inclusion kit at an agreed time.

  • Doorstep only: For insurance purposes, I’m unable to enter your home or assist with filling your inclusion kit.

  • Personal delivery: When your jewellery is complete, I’ll personally deliver your finished jewellery to your doorstep.

  • Missed collection: If you’re unavailable when I arrive at the agreed date and time and haven’t contacted me beforehand, the local collection service will be withdrawn. 

  • You’ll then be responsible for sending your inclusions to me by tracked post at your own cost. Once your jewellery is complete, your finished jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Working Hours: Friday–Monday, 9am–5pm.
Responses to enquiries and messages may be delayed outside of these hours. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Important Venue Information Summary

  • Kirkcaldy venue: You’ll meet me at my lovely chosen local venue, just off the A92, with plenty of parking and disabled-friendly access. Full venue details will be emailed after your order.

  • 30-minute appointments: Appointments are arranged within an agreed 30-minute time slot. For example, a 12:00pm appointment runs until 12:30pm.

  • Monday & Friday: Appointments are available 9am–5pm on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Please arrive on time: I’m unable to wait beyond your allocated 30-minute appointment, as this forms part of my working day.

  • Finished Jewellery:Once your jewellery is complete, I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time to meet at the same local venue, on a Monday or Friday between 9am–5pm, where I’ll personally hand over your jewellery.

  • Missed appointment: If you do not attend our agreed meeting date and time, and have not contacted me beforehand, the local collection and delivery service will no longer be available. 

  • You will then be responsible for sending your inclusions to me by tracked post at your own cost.
