Supporting the British Heart Foundation is something very close to my heart. I lost my mum, Dawn, in 2025 to a hereditary heart condition — a loss that has hugely changed my life and my family's.

Heart conditions affect millions of people and families, and for many, the journey of love, loss, and remembrance is one you may understand all too well.

Through Starstory, a donation from every order is donated to the British Heart Foundation — helping to fund life-saving research, improve diagnosis, and support families navigating these conditions.

Dogs have always been a big part of our lives. After losing Mum, we adopted her much-loved wee dog, Daisy, into our family — and we couldn’t imagine life without her or our other gorgeous dog, Molly.

Our pets are beside us through life’s happiest moments and its most difficult days, offering comfort, companionship and unconditional love. They give us so much, without ever asking for anything in return.

That’s why Starstory proudly supports an animal charity each year — and this year, I'm proud to support Dogs Trust. Their commitment to compassion, kindness, and giving every dog the love, safety, and second chance they deserve reflects values that are important to me, my family and Starstory.
