How It Works | Fife Delivery

1. Choose your jewellery

Personalise your jewellery and select your preferred delivery service at checkout.

2. Your inclusion is collected

Package your inclusion yourself or choose our free collection kit to be sent, then contact me to arrange either doorstep collection in Kirkcaldy or venue collection.

3. I create your jewellery

I’ll carefully handcraft your bespoke jewellery within the timeframe quoted at the time of your order.

4. Receive your jewellery

When your jewellery is ready, I’ll contact you to arrange an agreed doorstep delivery in Kirkcaldy or collection from our local venue.

Important Information

  • Home collection and delivery is available to Kirkcaldy residents only.
  • Venue collection is available to customers throughout Fife, with collection and finished jewellery handover at a Kirkcaldy venue just off the A92.
  • All local collections and deliveries are by appointment, Monday or Friday, 9am–5pm.
  • Doorstep collection is from outside your property only. For insurance reasons, I cannot enter your home or assist with preparing your inclusion kit.
  • Full collection, appointment and venue details will be emailed to you after ordering.
