Choose and personalise your chosen piece of memorial or keepsake jewellery, and place your order online. Once your order is confirmed, your complimentary inclusion collection kit will be prepared and sent to you within 2–3 working days.

Your complimentary inclusion collection kit includes everything needed to safely send your inclusions to Starstory Jewellery, with clear step-by-step guidance, a secure container labelled with your unique order number, and a Royal Mail Tracked return label.

Once your inclusions arrive safely, they are carefully checked in and securely stored. You'll receive an email confirming safe receipt, and your jewellery will then begin its creation journey. Creation time is approximately 3–5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.

Your completed jewellery is beautifully presented in Starstory luxury packaging. Any unused inclusions are carefully returned alongside your certificate of authenticity, craftsmanship guarantee and jewellery care guide.

Once complete, your jewellery is carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. You'll receive tracking details by email as your keepsake begins its journey home to you.
