Begin by selecting your chosen piece of memorial jewellery and placing your order online. Once your order is confirmed, your complimentary inclusion collection kit will be prepared and sent to you within 2–3 working days.

Your inclusion collection kit includes clear guidance, a securely labelled container with your unique order number, and a complimentary tracked return label for safe delivery back to Starstory Jewellery.

Once your inclusions arrive safely, they are carefully checked in and securely stored. You'll receive an email confirming safe receipt, and your jewellery will then begin its creation journey. Current creation time is approximately 3–5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.

Once complete, your jewellery is beautifully presented in Starstory luxury packaging. Any unused inclusions will be carefully returned alongside your certificate of authenticity, craftsmanship guarantee and jewellery care details.

Your completed jewellery will be sent by fully tracked, signature-required delivery. You'll receive tracking details by email, ready for your keepsake to safely return home to you.
