Delivery

Your completed jewellery will be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with photo proof of delivery and a signature required for complete peace of mind. You will receive an email with tracking details.

For Kirkcaldy customers, I offer a free home collection and personal delivery service. Alternatively, you can choose to meet me at my chosen convenient Kirkcaldy venue, just off the A92, for collection of your inclusions and delivery of your finished jewellery. For more information, read here.

As every piece of Starstory Jewellery is personally handcrafted to order and created uniquely for you, returns cannot be accepted unless your jewellery is received faulty or damaged.
